I broke 75 Hard

Welp, it lasted a little over two weeks. I was feeling fantastic, but the tournament weekend made it really difficult to hit all of my goals.

The outdoor workouts didn’t happen. I wasn’t eating meals, I was just picking on fruit that they had provided throughout the day. I probably hit the water intake, I forgot to take my progress pictures, Saturday I did not read.

I fell off. The point of this challenge was to get me back into a rhythm of building healthy habits, stay disciplined, and improve my mental health. I felt it working — I think I will be attempting it again.
